What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase our plans with any major credit card. We use Stripe as our payment service provider. We can also issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.

Do you offer monthly/yearly billing?

Yes, you can choose a monthly or yearly billing interval. You can also switch between billing intervals and we will prorate the expenses.

When will I be billed?

When you purchase a subscription you will be billed immediately, and then at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You can see the next due date on your billing page.

I'm unsure which plan to choose - what can I do?

We are happy to help you with your decision – just give us a call or shoot us an email and we’ll figure out together which plan is best suited for your individual requirements. Also, a customized set of features and subscription is possible. Our goal is to provide you with a solution that perfectly fits your needs.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be applied to fees charged to customers with a billing address in Germany (Umsatzsteuer). Services for customers outside of Germany are subject to the reverse charge, i.e., VAT is to be accounted for by the recipient.

What currency will I be billed in?

You will be billed in Euro.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer automatic refunds. If you feel eligible for a refund, please contact us to arrange one.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have read access to your data, but you will not be able to create or update data in your account (until you get a new subscription).

How secure is my data?

We use Stripe, a well-established, secure, credit card payment gateway service to process your credit card payment. We strongly believe in the principle that nothing more than those details may be collected and stored which are absolutely essential. On our own servers we do not store any personal information except your email address. When you choose to delete your account, everything (without exception) is deleted from our servers, as well as your payment information from Stripe. You’ll find further information in our Privacy Policy.

I don't know my company's VAT/tax ID number. What should I do?

If your billing address is in Germany, you do not have to provide a VAT/tax ID number. Otherwise, please contact us directly and we will find a solution.
