Changing the role of a team member

This article will teach you about user roles and assigning roles in your team. You can think of teams as a shared workspace.

Overview of user roles

Currently, there are three roles with different permissions.

Note: Observer accounts are free. Every team has up to 50 (in Essential) or 100 (in Pro) free observer accounts.

Changing the role of a team member

Team Admins can change the role of other team members. This works as follows:

  1. Go to the team dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Members” tab.
  3. Choose the team member whose role you want to change.
  4. Click on the dropdown menu in this team member’s section.
  5. Select the desired role.
    Your team member’s role has now changed.
