This article will teach you how to archive and restore projects.
Over time you will have worked on a few projects. Thus, to stay on top of things, consider.ly allows you to archive projects.
Archiving projects
When you archive a project you signal that you’ve finished the study. An archived project will be read-only for you and your team so that your research results are stored persistently. This means, for example, you cannot create new notes or edit existing ones within this project.
- Go to the project dashboard.
- Hover over the project you want to archive. A three-dot-menu ••• appears.
- Click on the three-dot menu ••• and select “Archive”.
Note: Archived projects are currently excluded from the search.
Restoring archived projects
Archived can be restored, in case you want to change data.
- Go to the project dashboard.
- Hover over the project you want to restore. A three-dot menu ••• appears.
- Click on the three-dot menu ••• and select “Restore”.
